AI Bedrijfsdag

How it works

Our approach: how an AI Bedrijfsdag runs

Four phases, one goal: your team walks out with new skills, a better feel for each other and an appetite for the next step.

Participants working together on an AI challenge during a workshop

01

Beforehand

An intake that actually listens

In thirty minutes we learn who your team is, how much AI experience is in the room, what the day is for and how things work at your place. Not a questionnaire — a conversation.

02

The proposal

Built for you, not off the shelf

Within three working days you get a concrete programme: which workshops, which cases from your sector, which tools and what it costs. One round of revisions is included.

03

The day

Set-up, programme, wrap-up

We arrive an hour before the start to set up. Your trainer runs the programme — with extra facilitators for larger groups. We mix energy, humour, learning and reflection in blocks of twenty to thirty minutes, with breaks.

04

Afterwards

Follow-up that sticks

Within a week you get a recap: the main insights, the prompts used, any recordings made and concrete next steps. Optionally, a booster session after three months.

How it works

From first email to ‘when can we do the next one?’

  1. A free intake call

Thirty minutes. We find out who your team is, what you want out of the day and what you already have in mind.

  2. A programme built for you

You get a concrete plan for the day: which workshop, which cases, how we close it off. Price included.

  3. The day itself

We arrive an hour early to set up. Trainer, all materials, nothing for you to worry about.

  4. Follow-up

Afterwards you get a recap with the prompts, the recordings and concrete next steps. A booster session after three months is optional.

What you get here that you won't get elsewhere

  • Facilitation that scales. Losing a room is a waste. So we match the number of facilitators to the group: for larger groups we bring more people, so teams that get stuck don't have to wait.
  • Your own cases, not a demo set. During the intake we pick up three to five real questions from your team. We use those as the examples — people recognise themselves, and the material sticks.
  • Works without good wifi. Connection trouble? Most workshops run fine on a 4G or 5G hotspot, and several of them work largely offline.
  • No sales pitch afterwards. We don't have a 'complete programme' to roll you into. One day is often enough. If more would genuinely help, we'll say so plainly.

Ready to plan it?

One intake call and you'll know exactly what your day looks like.

No sales pitch. Thirty minutes of honest advice — including when we're not the right fit.
