A company day out with AI as the theme

AI team outing for companies

A creative team outing where nobody stays seated: an escape room you only crack with the right prompts, a pub quiz with live AI, or a battle where teams take each other on. At your own location, for groups of any size up to 200+ participants, anywhere in the Netherlands.

After collaboration rather than a day out? AI team building puts working together at the centre instead of the experience.

What is an AI team outing?

An AI team outing is a company day out where artificial intelligence is the game, not the course material. Instead of a cooking class or an afternoon of go-karting, your team cracks puzzles, plays a pub quiz or produces the daftest content it can manage — with AI as the opponent, the tool or the judge.

The difference from an ordinary outing: you go home with the same laughter, plus a concrete sense of what AI means for your work. The difference from AI training: nobody is sitting still and listening.

Physical, not behind a laptop

The biggest misconception about an AI day is that it turns into an afternoon staring at screens. It is precisely the opposite. You walk, you argue, you draw and you play; your phone is the scoreboard at most. In the carousel format for large groups there isn't even a projector or a screen — four stations, four subgroups, everybody moving at once.

Which format fits your outing?

  • AI Escape Room — an escape room for 6–40 people, where the locks are prompts. For teams who want to feel what collaborating under time pressure is like.
  • AI Quiz Battle — a pub quiz with live AI rounds for 8–80 people. The easiest of the lot to join, and a strong opener for the day.
  • AI Battle Royale — the most creative format: teams make adverts, pitches and company songs, and an AI jury plus a human jury picks the winner.
  • AI Company Day Carousel — for large groups, well past 200. Four stations, four subgroups, no projector or screen needed.

Team outing or company outing?

In practice they're the same thing. People tend to say “team outing” for a single department and “company outing” for the whole organisation. Our formats run from a team of six to a company day with two hundred participants, so whichever word you use: we shape the programme around the group, not the other way around.

If you're after the team building side — collaboration as the goal rather than the experience — see AI team building. If it's for a Christmas party or an end-of-year event, AI Christmas party explains how the programme fits into an evening.
