Privacy statement

What data do we process?

• Contact form: name, email address, company name, phone number (optional) and your message.
• Quotes and assignments: name, address and billing details of clients.
• Participants during workshops: only the name and email address needed for access to tools, where that applies.
• Website visits: statistics via Vercel Analytics (aggregated, cookie-free) and Google Analytics 4. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site — scrolling, clicks and heatmaps. Anything typed into a form is masked and therefore not stored.

Why do we process this data?

• To carry out the agreement (running the workshop, invoicing).
• To get in touch in response to the contact form.
• To improve our website and our service (aggregated statistics).

Cookies

This website uses analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We only place them after you have given your consent — if you decline, the scripts are not loaded and no cookie is placed on your device. Specifically:

• Vercel Analytics — aggregated visitor numbers, without cookies and without personal identification.
• Google Analytics 4 — places the cookies _ga and _gid to recognise returning visits.
• Microsoft Clarity — places the cookies _clck and _clsk and records how you use the page (scrolling, clicking, mouse movement), so we can see where visitors get stuck. What you type into forms is masked and not stored.

We use this data only to improve the website, not to serve adverts or build profiles. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies already placed straight away.

Retention

We keep contact enquiries for a maximum of one year after the last contact. Billing and assignment records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Email us at hallo@aibedrijfsdag.nl and we will respond within four weeks.

Complaints

Not happy? We'd like to hear about it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
