Terms and conditions

1. Quote and confirmation

Quotes are valid for thirty days. An assignment is confirmed as soon as the client agrees in writing (by email) or has paid the deposit.

2. Price and payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT and apply to the group as a whole, unless stated otherwise. The standard payment arrangement is fifty per cent on confirmation and fifty per cent within fourteen days of delivery.

3. Cancellation

• More than fourteen days before delivery: no charge.
• Fourteen to seven days before delivery: fifty per cent of the assignment value.
• Fewer than seven days before delivery: one hundred per cent of the assignment value.
• Moving to another date is always free of charge, provided it is agreed together and falls within six months.

4. Delivery

We deliver the workshop on the basis of the content, length and group size set out in the quote. Deviations in group size of more than twenty per cent may be grounds for repricing.

5. Intellectual property

Course material, prompts and templates we share during the workshop may be used freely within the client's organisation. Commercial resale or distribution outside the organisation is not permitted without written consent.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the assignment in question. We are not liable for consequential loss arising from participants' use of AI tools after the workshop.

7. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our privacy statement.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of our registered office.
