Yes. Our AI team building formats are designed for mixed groups — from IT to HR, from the leadership team to the front desk. Everyone can take part. No prior knowledge required.

Can the day be run in English?

Yes, and for a lot of teams in the Netherlands that's the point. We run the whole programme in English, which makes it work for international teams and offices where Dutch isn't the common language. Tell us during the intake which language you want.

What's the difference between AI team building and ordinary AI training?

In a regular AI training, acquiring knowledge is the point. In AI team building, collaboration and the shared experience come first — AI is the theme that connects the team. The learning happens along the way. Your team goes home with both new knowledge and a stronger bond.

How large a group can you organise AI team building for?

Our formats work for groups of any size up to 200+ participants. We have experience with company days of 200 people; larger groups are split into parallel rounds. During the intake we'll advise which format suits your group size best.
