What will you be doing?

No endless slides. Instead: live demos, examples from your industry and group exercises where you find out for yourself what AI can and can't do. After two hours the whole room shares the same vocabulary and the same mental picture.

00:00 — Opening: how we got here (15 min)

A quick timeline of AI over the past three years, without the jargon. What shifted, and why now?

00:15 — Demo round 1 (20 min)

Live demos: an AI writing customer emails, an AI reading a tender, an AI generating a product video. Followed by a short reaction from the room.

00:35 — Group exercise: 'where do you see this in our work?' (25 min)

In small groups, participants discuss where in your work this could already apply. We collect the output live on a board.

01:00 — Short break (10 min)

01:10 — The limits (20 min)

Live demos of AI getting it wrong: hallucinations, bias, privacy risks. Important for realistic expectations.

01:30 — Looking ahead: where do you start (20 min)

We take three ideas from the earlier round and work them out concretely: who starts, what do you need, what does the first version look like?

01:50 — Wrap-up and next steps (10 min)

What do participants need to bring?

• Nothing compulsory — this is a sit-down-and-join-in session
• A laptop is handy for the group exercises but not required

Ideal as the opener of a company day or a themed day. It works for groups of up to 100 people and really for any kind of organisation — from local government to a scale-up.
