What will you be doing?

In four hours every team goes through the whole route: pick a task → design → train → test → present. You work with custom GPTs or Claude Projects, so no code. But very much with your own documents, tone of voice and work processes.

00:00 — Intro: the anatomy of an assistant (20 min)

We show three examples, from a recruiter bot to a quoting assistant. What makes a good one? What makes a bad one?

00:20 — Pick your task (20 min)

Teams pick one recurring task from their work. Not too big, not too small.

00:40 — Design sprint (40 min)

Teams design the behaviour: what should it do, what shouldn't it do, what tone of voice, which documents go in?

01:20 — Break (10 min)

01:30 — Building (70 min)

Hands-on: the assistant gets instructions, examples and documents. We coach teams individually.

02:40 — User test (30 min)

Teams test each other's assistant with realistic questions. Feedback rounds it off.

03:10 — Iteration (30 min)

Every team gets time to work the feedback in.

03:40 — Pitch and prize (20 min)

Each team pitches its assistant in two minutes. Colleagues vote on the most useful one.

What do participants need to bring?

• One laptop per person
• Documents (policies, example emails, FAQs) that your assistant may use — or access to them
• A ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro account per team — we can arrange this if you'd rather

Which kind of team is this for?

Teams who want to move past 'playing with ChatGPT' and build something real. Ideally with someone who owns the task and can keep developing the assistant after the day.
